Jeff Pinder

Lead Pastor

Dr. Jeff Pinder began serving as Lead Pastor of Faith Baptist Church on January 1, 2013. He was ordained to the ministry in 1996 at Swift Creek Baptist Church in Midlothian, Virginia. Pastor Jeff received his Doctor of Ministry degree from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary and Graduate School in 2010. He has served in various ministerial roles (pastor, student pastor, missionary) in Florida, Virginia, Delaware, and the Bahamas. He is passionate about family, personal discipleship, and fulfilling the Great Commission.

Jeff and his wife, Cheryl, have twin boys: John and Caleb.
His life verse is 2 Corinthians 5:17: "This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun! "

Dave Lundin

Pastor of Admin. & Family Ministries

Pastor Dave Lundin began serving at Faith Baptist on July 1, 2013. Prior to Faith Baptist, he and his wife Sheryl served as full-time missionaries with a youth organization for thirty-two years.

Dave’s life’s mission is summarized by Matthew 28:18-20 and  2 Timothy 2:1-2, 
‘…Make Disciples..” Dave has discipled and mentored men and families who are reproducing their faith in the lives of others. Dave and Sheryl’s five biological children are married to Godly spouses and serving the Lord in various capacities.
 Sheryl went to be with the Lord in May 2021.

Josh Taylor

Worship Leader

Josh Taylor's home church has always been Faith Baptist Church. His life has always revolved around music and playing many different instruments  in church. Josh has always felt the calling of using his talents to lead worship, and he answered that calling in May of 2022. Aside from worship leading, he runs a soccer ministry and the young adult bible study here at Faith Baptist.

Josh's life verse is Joshua 1:9 - "Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go. "
