OUR BELIEFS

We believe that all Scripture is inspired by God, written by human authors, and without error. It is complete and the final authority of our faith in God.

We believe that there is one living, active God that exist in three distinct persons. These three divine persons are the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit who all have different roles.

We believe that every human being is made in the image of God. However, mankind is inherently sinful as a result of the Fall.  This makes us recognize our need for a savior, Jesus Christ.

We believe that Jesus Christ  came to earth as God incarnate (fully God and fully man). He lived a life without sin and made the ultimate sacrifice on the cross. Jesus Christ was buried, defeated death, and then bodily rose from the grave three days later.

We believe that since mankind is born with a sin nature, we all need salvation. We must receive salvation through God’s free gift of grace. This happens once one receives and believes the work of Jesus Christ on the cross.

We believe there is a universal church consisting of all believers and a local church consisting of believers meeting in a specific location. The purpose of the Church is four-fold: worship of God, fellowship with God and His people, edification of believers, and evangelization of the unbeliever (lost).
